Nanjing Honghe precision forging Co., Ltd was founded in 2004 which is located in Nanjing city Jiangsu province nearby Shanghai.
The company has a registered capital of $1, 250, 000 and specialized in manufacturing, designing and researching precision forging parts applied in electric power, automobile, shipp building, mining machinery, agriculture machinery and so on. It covers more than 21, 000 square meters and own 12, 000 square meters standard workshop.
We have 5 sets of forging production lines mainly include 300T, 400T, 630T, 1000T electric screw presses, the capacity of parts weight from 0.2Kg to 50Kg.
Meanwhile we invested 3 sets of full automatic hot forging lines to manufacture heavy bolts and nuts, the size of bolts M16~M72(5/8"~3")*max Length 1000mm and nuts M16~M120(5/8"~4-1/2")
We had been passed ISO9001: 2008 and ISO/TS16949 quality management system, CAD/CAM system was implemented for design and fabrication of forging dies. We utilize effective inspection equipments to inspect every operation and detail from the raw material to the finished products, hence We are able to supply products with reliabled quality.
The products have been exported to Asian, Europe, South America, Africa etc, achieving client's prasise. Our clients contain Emerson, Ford Motor, Dhollandia, Energy China etc.
